Baltimore, Maryland
Custom woodwork, built in Baltimore.
Halkias Custom Woodwork is a small custom woodworking shop at 117 S Haven St in Baltimore, Maryland. We make live-edge tables, desks, consoles, TV stands, shelving and sculptural seating to order from solid hardwood — and ship every piece free across the United States.
Why solid wood
Solid hardwood can be sanded, refinished and repaired for decades. It ages with a warm patina that veneer and particle board never get.
We let the natural edge, knots and grain lead the design, so every table and console is one of a kind.
What we make
Tables & desks — live-edge coffee, dining and side tables, writing desks.
Consoles & TV stands — entryway consoles, sideboards and media units.
Shelves & storage — bookcases, wall shelves and wine racks.
Seating & decor — benches, chairs and carved wall art.
What we promise
Built to order
Each piece is crafted for you, then inspected before it leaves the workshop.
Free delivery
Free U.S. shipping on every order, including freight for large pieces.
