Orders & crafting
Is every piece made to order?
Yes. Each piece is handcrafted after you order, usually in about 2–4 weeks.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email us within 24 hours of ordering. Once crafting starts, we can't change or cancel the order.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
How much is shipping?
Every order ships free within the contiguous United States. That includes freight delivery for large pieces.
How long does delivery take?
After crafting, delivery takes 5–10 business days. Freight carriers contact you to schedule a delivery window.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Unused pieces in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Because pieces are made to order, return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
Email us within 48 hours with photos and your order number — we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund at no cost.
Wood & care
What wood do you use?
Solid hardwoods such as walnut, oak, acacia and suar wood, sealed with a durable natural finish.
How do I care for solid wood?
Dust with a soft dry cloth, use coasters, wipe spills quickly and keep pieces out of direct heat. Re-oil once or twice a year.
Will my piece match the photo?
Grain, knots and tone vary naturally, so your piece will be unique while matching the design and size listed.
